LUIS HOUSE

Owner and artist Luis House began his tattoo career in El Paso, TX, in 2009. He moved to Los Angeles in 2014, where he continued to study different tattoo styles and techniques as well as absorb the history of tattooing. He and his wife/partner opened Plumed Serpent Tattoo Shop in the Los Angeles, Westwood area in 2023.
